Euchre Tournament for Valor Home Fund

On Saturday March 28th, 2015, a Euchre Tournament will be held at Clarence Mains VFW 1070 in Akron, Ohio to raise money for the Valor Home of Summit County’s Overcoming Boundaries Fund. Valor Home of Summit County is a transitional housing facility for homeless male veterans operated by Family and Community Services. The veterans housed here work closely with a support worker to identify their goals, obtain employment, and find stable permanent housing, all while living in a therapeutic environment. The Overcoming Boundaries Fund goes toward helping our veterans achieve their goals, providing funds for transportation and other unforeseen costs of getting back on their feet. Tickets can be pre-purchased for $15.00 for each player by calling Mary Ann Crawford at (330) 338-8443. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event for $20.00 each player at the door. The doors will open at 6:00 PM and the games will begin at 7:00 PM.
