Carroll Street provides housing for as many as six veterans receiving intensive outpatient services from the Summit County Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinics.

Established in 2004 by Family & Community Services, Inc., Freedom House is a fourteen bed, transitional housing facility funded through the Department of Veterans Affairs Capital Grant and Per Diem Program.

Miss Liberty House serves to empower women veterans and their dependent children through housing and specialized resources. Opened in June 2013, the facility serves two to six female veterans on an annual basis.

Valor Home of Lorain County, OH is a 30-bed transitional therapeutic community for male veterans.

Valor Home of Summit County opened July 8, 2013. The Home is a thirty bed, transitional housing facility funded through the Department of Veterans Affairs Capital Grant and Per Diem Program.

White House serves up to 4 formerly homeless and disabled veterans. The Home also includes the only unit in Portage County which is reserved for a chronically homeless veteran.
